The Saber-toothed Tiger (Birthday Party)

One of the dominant predators of the Pleistocene Epoch was the saber-toothed tiger. It was named for its large canine teeth that could grow over 7 inches in length and were used to prey upon large herbivores such as deer and bison. The saber-toothed cats went extinct approximately 12,000 to 10,000 years ago.
